years sometimes are unaware of whom to contact if they have an issue or even how to go about
reaching someone.
Hopefully everyone is aware that Bsafe Online provides free Customer Service. This service is
available seven days a week from 7a.m. Central Time until midnight Central Time. We provide this
service to ensure that our customers are able to protect their families and their computers from
the many threats of the Internet without interruption.
There are several methods that can be used to contact Customer Service:

you have any questions regarding your account billing, renewal, or changes to your payment method. Again,
we will reply via email unless you request a phone call.

you need assistance in either allowing or blocking websites, or the use of your password override
feature (if your account is set up to allow override). You can also use this email address if you come
across sites that you believe are either inappropriately categorized or are not being blocked at all.
There are many thousands of sites becoming active on a daily basis and although our database
gets updated daily there are sometimes instances where this may occur.

Option 1 – Use this option for billing questions, or in case you have forgotten your account number or your password. NOTE:

Option 3 – Use this option if you require assistance during the installation of the Bsafe Online application.
The support technician will walk you through the process or help you resolve any application conflict issue
you may encounter.
Option 4 – Use this option for all other areas of technical assistance you may require.
